Minolta Complaint - Bad product & bad service

FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- Minolta QMS Magicolor 2200 has an engine design problem. The excess toner gets jammed at the entry of the toner waste baskit and jams the engine, and breaking the OPC drum Kit. This happens every 1/2 the lifetime of the ink toner. It also damages the engine. This happend in more than one printer. Minolta initially was cooperative. But they are now in a denial mode.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like to return the product.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
