Smart Smoker USA Complaint - Smart Smoker USA is a RIPOFF STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Smart SMoker USA are crooks. I too signed up for the Smart Smoker Cigarette in October. I finally received the cigarette the day after Thanksgiving 2009. I had called them on several occasions to tell them that I had not received the free trial which by the way cost me $9.95 to ship. They extended my free trial period. When I finally received the free trial, I called them to tell them that I had received it and they told me that my account had been cancelled. My free trial was due to end on December 2,2009. a week later, while looking at our bank statement, we found that they had charged us $102.99 for the free trial package. I attempted to call them and email them and received no response. Shortly before New Years Eve, we discovered that on December 24 they had carged my account $77.23 for a months supply of cartridges. Here it is the 22 of January, 2010 and I still have not received the cartridges. I have been trying to call them and supposidly, per the recording, their customer service center is undergoing maintenance. This is the same message I have been getting since before New Years. I have sent several emails to them and no response yet. I have already filed complaints with the attorney General's office and other local, state, and federal organizations. SO EVERYONE OUT THERE stay away from www.smartsmokerusa. com
