I ordered an arangement of Flowers for my Daughter for the birth of my Grandson on Thursday and paid for the "Deluxe Arrangement" and same day delivery. I reveived and email later that day telling me that they were not able to deliver the flowers that day and would the next day be acceptable. I called and confirmed that wou, d be OK. The next day I got a call in the afternoon tellme their florist did not hav the arrangement I paid for and would an alternate be acceptable. At ths point I felt anythign is better than nothing so I sid yes and pelase get on ti because she was coming home from the hospital the nexct morning. Can you guess the bottom line ? The flowers were never delivered. I'm an embarrassed and frustrated Grand Dad. When I'm called an ambivelent cutomer service representative agreed to refund my money. Wow what a great and wonderful company (NOT)!
I'm not a letter writer by nature but I would never want anyone to experience what I just did and I'm going to work through local Florists directly from now on. I hope someone benefits from this information. It is 100% factual.
