Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Poor Technical Support
I purchased an additional "Tech Support" from Dell last February. I've had to use this support SEVERAL time and Dell continues to pass the buck. They were unable to resolve the problem or offer very little support. DO NOT PURCHASE THE ADDITIONAL DELL SUPPORT - it has NO value! Dell no longer has a level of customer support needed to maintain me as a customer. Even if your system is still under a warranty period, they will tell YOU to contact the software or the hardware company direct. Leaving you to to fight your own battles!!!!!!!!!!
