MyVitanet.com Complaint - No Customer Service Provided

DUBLIN, OHIO -- I ordered my usual health care product two weeks ago and received the shipment 5 days later, realized wrong item shipped. I call their 800 # for two weeks and sending emails to their customer service department and realized they do not respond even if I sent it everyday plus the 800 # phone message refer all of my calls to be worked thru email only. I also fax my shipping invoice to them in New Jersey, daily, request for refund and correction no response either.

I suspect this.com is done... They might be on their way out. Everyone beware..

I emailed this website and the replied that "Yes we are still in business. Why do you ask? Dan.

I placed an order 2 months ago and have not received the items. The items are said to be back ordered. I have sent several emails regarding the order. Only one has been responded to indicating a back order of the items I purchased. I would not place an order with this company!
