Spirit Airlines Complaint - 2 Minutes To Board - Travel
I booked a flight with Spirit Airlines as I done many times before only this time I was 2 minutes late and they refused to let me board my bags was already checked, worst than that the company refused to give back any kind of a refund. The company clearly is out to get the customers in some states because I seen them in Florida were they have waited way pass the time when they are supposed to close I think the customer satisfaction does not apply equally were they fly my support for the company has really really faded since yesterday 1-23-2010 I hope that they give all of their customers no mater what country the same equal treatment companies need to realize that we make and brake them but this is only realized when they are out of business, they need to care about the customer a lot more people fly for a reason and sometimes that reason can mean the difference between being able to provide for your family or just loosing everything and being put out in the street.
But like all the people on top who lak common sense they just don't care because they have your money and they are not going to give it back and that is when the company gets in trouble. This is just so petty to think that your in business to make money but you spend your time trying to figure out how your going to rip us off.
People that miss there flight should get a bigger refund than those who change their flight simply because all the companies claim that every thing dealing with a flight is based on weight so if you don't fly that fuel is not wasted, and if they sale your seat to a stand by then you should definitely see the refund there are thousands of people who have the same complaint and the same common sense idea but the ideology of corporate America and politics involve is to install a little terror into society's around the world. The world used to be such a wonderful place.
