Daisy Field Supply Complaint - Products Not Sent
GUYSVILLE, OHIO -- I purchased/paid for the items and they were never sent to me. It's been over 1 month ago when their invoice email stated it would be shipped in 1-2 days. Several attempts to contact them have been ignored by the company and owner, Hope Tilley. Attempts to contact them have been made via telephone and email. The purchase was for only $78.98 but it's the principle. I realize problems occur, but no response to my phone calls or emails is unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and purchase your supplies elsewhere.
