Daisy Field Supply Complaint - Products Not Sent - Dog Flea Medication/Dog Collar Batteries

GUYSVILLE, OHIO -- I purchased/paid for the items and they were never sent to me. It's been over 1 month ago when their invoice email stated it would be shipped in 1-2 days. Several attempts to contact them have been ignored by the company and owner, Hope Tilley. Attempts to contact them have been made via telephone and email. The purchase was for only $78.98 but it's the principle. I realize problems occur, but no response to my phone calls or emails is unacceptable.

Do yourself a favor and purchase your supplies elsewhere.

Do a chargeback on your credit card before its too late.

I also have been cheated and robbed by Daisy Field Supply! They took my order, charged my card, sent me a great confirmation email, never sent my items!! Do not order from this fraud of a company, I have tried email contact and customer service #, the voice mailbox is full. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau, and am also filing a complaint with the Ohio attorney general. I hope to somehow get my hard earned working woman's cash back. Hope Tilley is a Thief!!!!!!

This company is a fraud. Hope Tilley is listed in the Whitepages as being the proprietor of several other non-pet-related companies — presumably all Internet scams. I didn't receive the item I'd ordered, and got no response from her. Luckily I'd paid with PayPal and they reimbursed me after I filed a complaint. DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!
