DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS -- The sales men are friendly but they do try and pick the car for you and try and throw you into the cavalier or Malibu with 100,000 miles. The young service manager is racist and says all the customers are uneducated and deny some customers warranty claims. Being a former employee I've seen a lot of there cars that are not fixed because they say they only need to get it pass 90 days. When they do repair your car they use Junk yrd parts so don't expect to get a rebuilt engine or trans or new parts.

They also install used speedometer with different miles and don't get it calibrated so in essence they are lying to you. Shop at your own risk.

If this is true that they are messing with the odometer, you contact your state attorneys office.

Messing with that is big crime.

Pretty strong accusations. I'm not big on these disgruntled ex-employee "whistle blower" reviews. Legitimacy is questionable.
