Correctional Billing Services Complaint - Please Help - Prepay Account on Wireless Device

Prepay Account on Wireless Device - Complaint

They have had my money for a week now and my phone has not rang. I can tell my loved one is trying to call when I dial into the automated system. They had me remove call forward and three way calling, and the calls are not coming to my device. Can anyone help? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank You. The customer service department is very unhelpful.
