Ameriprise/Costco Auto Insurance Complaint - Ameriprise/Costco Auto Insurance sucks

I cannot agreed more with another review from No Drama. My car was hit yesterday morning, and it is frustrating since then. The call was disconnected in the first three times when I called the company, after I pressed a few buttons and have been waiting for several minutes. Then I switched to report the accident online. However the online web did not give me a confirmation number or inform me how to rent a car. Then I have to call the company again. It is good I only called twice to reach a real person for that time. But it did not help either. The agent simply told me I have to wait for somebody to call me to let me know if I can rent a car or what should I do next. OK, I went to AVIS to rent a car by myself, and wait for the call. But, one day passed and nobody called me. This morning I called the company for four times, and left voice message but cannot reach the agent assigned to me. I will switch to AAA definitely.
