Wal-Mart Complaint - Wal-Mart Credit Card
GARDEN GROVE -- Hello,
I have been a Wal-Mart customer in Southern California ever since your stores have been open in my location. My problem is with your credit card company. I had sent a payment in the amount of $1060.00 in April of this year. As of today, they still have not credited my account. I have made multiple phone calls, mailed and faxed copies of the cleared check to the credit card company. I have canceled my Wal-Mart account and will not shop at your stores until this manner is resolved. I understand that this is another company but they have the Wal-Mart name on the card. I have also filed a complaint with the F.D.I.C.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want my account credited for the payment and any late fees credited due to the error. In the future, if Wal-Mart is going to offer a credit card, I advise you to use a more reputable bank to provide the service. It's your reputaion that will be damaged.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
