Zero Vision Communications (It's Anagram) Informative - Racketerring in the Digital Age

Review by brleed on 2010-01-27
Everyone who has used FiOS tells a similar story. After installation, services
are mysteriously added to the account in my case here is what was done:

Land Line Phone - A stock service called OCM was added to my account. FiOS refuses to remove it. Call the vendor. Keep the communication all verbal to
cover tracks.

FIOnScoundrels TV. Every stinking cable move channel known to mankind was added to my service. This includes HBO, Cinemax, STARZ, and all the rest of 60 channels, half in Spanish, Korean and Mandarin.

Internet. An online backup service was added to my service and I was charged $20 per month. Before you have a vendor backup data, you really need to trust that vendor. In no way, should I or anyone else ever trust
Zero Vision.

FI On Scoundrel "Customer Service" was called 3 times and each deniable
phone call, agreement was made to remove cable channels. The cable channels
were added back.

The result? I refused to pay the outrageous $250 per month over 18 montbs
as complete extortion and racketeering. They cut off cable, phone and internet. It is better to live like a free man and suffer what you must.
