eMerchandizers.com Complaint - False Advertising
I joined eMerchandizers.com, It is a Auction Site for Wholesale Products, Dropshipping etc...
I bid on two Auctions and was the winning bidder and Paid immediately on both Auctions.
Auction 1 Arrived and while I was happy with the quality, I had to pay over $200 for Customs.
The Auction I REALLY Wanted was #2 for 100 DVD's. I waited and they finally arrived. I was soooo happy. Then I opened the package and they were damaged, there were duplicates (Auction stated no duplicates), they were so old that none of the names were recognizable.. To name a few complaints. So, I contacted the Company via phone (They have no E-mail) and was told that they haven't had a complaint about the seller. After a second call, they finally explained a Dispute procedure which is rather unfair and impossible. I contacted my Credit Card Company who have been more than helpful.
I faxed the dispute form and have had many converstaions with the guy at eMerchandisers, one of which he was Rather Rude..
Finally today I am told that they would do a refund, I have to pay more money to ship these DVD's to Florida (even though they were shipped from Las Vegas), and then wait for the seller to call and comment on the shipment and then they are suppost to refund. Its more hassle than its worth and I am still out money.
The other things is the company is under AGS Distributors, and my Credit Card Company Rep spoke to the Supervisor and told me that they have had many complaints regarding this company.
I will let you all know if I ever get my refund (from them or if my CC Company has to do it for me) and I suggest no-one use their services. They have bad customer service and Falesly Advertise Merchandise to get people to bid.
