Comcast Corporation Compliment - Payment arrangement information
I chatted with John M (36681) about if I could posted date a check for my payment from now until the 5th or the 8th of febuary. He told me they would give me extension and I asked if it could be done tomorrow and he told me to chat back tomorrow and it could be setup so I did not loss service. I loss my job back in March and I have a car payment due this week and did not want to lose my service but would not have the money until next week from my unemployment so John was very helpful so that I understood what I needed to do to have the extension setup tomorrow. I wish all Comcast employees were ask helpful as he is. This is the best service help I have experinced since the take over from Insight. Thank you John for great customer service job you are doing.
