Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Dell Customer Service Sucks
I was astonished to find out that the order that I had purchased online and received a confirmation for had mysteriously been cancelled by Dell. I spent over 2.5 hours and talked to people in India, Philippines, Panama and who knows where else except NOT the US. One of the individuals from India started laughing as he thought it was so funny that I had been bounced around so many times. I was disconnected while being transferred several times especially when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred from one department to the other and finally ending up with the resolution team. They actually have a RESOLUTION team. They put me on hold and I was disconnected again. I gave up on customer service and contacted their sales number. For those of you needing customer service in the future, contact sales they seem to have the answers that customer service doesn't know. While I paid for my order with a credit card and was sent a confirmation, I found out that my order had been cancelled because the warehouse was LOW on INK. Can you believe it!!!! OMG!!!! They didn't even have the decency to notify me and I subsequently ran out of ink. I chose to get my ink refills from another vendor online because DELL was too undependable. I also decided that I would not use DELL for any products or services since they outsourced all of their customer service to countries other than the US.
