Hilton Hotels Complaint - Beware of Hilton Hotels: worst customer service I have ever experienced
My new assistant booked a Hilton hotel stay for me and thought she can save me some money by choosing a pre-paid rate. Of course, it happened that I had to modify the reservation by one day. Hilton refuses to do so.
I know, legally they are right. But from a customer service point of view they are dead wrong. I did not want to cancel, simply stay on a Wednesday instead of a Tuesday. They would have kept their money and their customers. Instead, I had to deal with the most condescending and rude staff.
In my business we travel a lot. Today I advised all my staff that from now on any Hilton Hotel is off limits. Our business goes to Marriott.
