T-Mobile Complaint - Hates Its Customers
T-Mobile won't let us out of our contract (& we've been with them for years) b/c I am unemployed and we are living in a motel. They say that we have to provide utility bills to provide proof that we are here - they don't deny that we have no service here. The fact that we have been paying them for years, and that I am jobless and homeless, has no effect on this company whatsoever. It is a bad culture, T-Mobile, bottom of the barrel in customer satisfaction for very obvious reasons.
Either we cough up a lot of money we don't have, or my daughter's credit, in whose name the cell is, is tanked by this company.
