MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I purchased a very expensive tracfone and unlimited minutes phone card, only to have serious issues attempting to activate it. The system was down and the customer service associates barely spoke English ( I spoke to 7 of them being constantly transferred). Since the initial activation, I have also had problems activating my refill cards each time and had no sucess with customer service. It doesn't help that they offer no online assistance at all or that their customer service hours are very limited. They may offer a great deal of unlimited phone, texts and internet for $45 a month... But it is DEFINITELY NOT worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and choose someone else. I know I sure regret it.

The only way I can pay my bill is to phone in a day before the bill is due I call in and pay for the next month via credit card. The auto pay is always refused. I haven't attempted the pre paid cart..I am deathly afraid.
