Dish Network Complaint - Customer service
PO BOX 6651, COLORADO -- After calling each billing cycle to see where my referral gift money was I finally got tired of run around talk with manager which didn't care about my problem. I was told since the person I referred did get his on first due to how dish set up installation I would not be getting any gift of referrals . I did not received my cards in mail in time to give to installer so I could not received any referral money. Was not advised of any of this in time of installation or ordering of service. Bad customer service will not hurt them now but in long run it will effect all who works there if no customers no service necessary. And manager at Dish did not want to here me talk just talked over me with his points of rules. Remember dish had not mailed me cards fast enough to hand to installers(which I knew nothing about) and they set up installation day so the other person would be installed before mine.
