Ikea Complaint - Return Policy gives me heartburns
I recently made two purchases which I had to return. For one, they wouldn't take back because the plastic bag wasn't intact. I checked the same product, there is no information on the plastic bag which would impede the return. For the other, they wouldn't take it back because I did not have the receipt. The smallest of the stores give you at least store credit if you don't have the receipt, but IKEA thinks its just too big to think about individual customers with small returns.
Whatever ... I used to be a loyal customer but my experience has left me really disappointed :(
