Nordstrom Complaint - Nordstrom customer service simply doesn't care - Shoes

DFW, TEXAS -- Ordered and payed for shoes and they arrived a few days later the wrong size even though the receipt had the correct size listed on it. Returned the shoes to the store and ordered the same ones again. 13 days later with no shoes still I called and they say the order was "cancelled" in the system and they didn't bother to notify me. I asked if there was any compensation for messing up my order twice and they said no they don't offer anything but they'll try again to order the correct shoes. Weeks after paying and I don't have the correct shoes and they could care less about customer satisfaction because they have my money already. We'll see if I ever get the correct ones!

I'd give up and just get my money back. There are other retailers that would like to have your business.
