Toshiba America Consumer Products Inc. Complaint - 52 inch Toshiba DLP tv
We purchased our TV January 29,2006.
We also took out the extended warantee for 4 years.
We have had at least 4 lamps replaced plus a service tech came to our home to fix something called the valance in our TV.
Now 1 week before the warantee was to expire, the lamp went out.
So I called Bestbuy and they said they would send someone out to fix it.
A week later said no you can't have another lamp.
So we bought another lamp and I am not kidding, we were walking out of the store and Bestbuy called and said they would send a service tech to our home fix this TV.
We haven't had it fixed yet and its going on 10 days.
I have never been so dissatisfied with anything before, we paid a large amount of money for this TV and we haven't been satisfied.
We don't have the TV going 24 hrs a day like some people do.
Some days it don't even get turned on.
If Bestbuy don't stand behind this we are going to hire a lawyer.
