QVC, Inc. Complaint - Handling Returns takes overlong
QVC offers the great 30 day return policy - but.... If you return an item in the original carton with the postage return label provided by them it takes well upwards of three weeks for refunds to be processed. And that is only after jogging their memory a bit. Every time I return something, after about three weeks and still the return is not processed I contact customer service via e-mail. Without fail, the item I returned is "just being processed." Now I have to wonder - if I don't contact them when does is get processed, if ever??? I can't help but wonder if the occasional customer forgets they returned something then that a little profit to QVC isn't it?
