Metro Appliance Repair Service Complaint - Disgusted - Stove And Range

We have been without an oven for over two months. They have not honored the 4 hour time window, which is causing them not to be allowed into our development. This is causing a delay in scheduling and repair. They do not have Saturday service which is not fair to the working person. After three visits to the house, they have not been able to fix a brand new stove. They carry no parts in their truck so the first appointment is just an assessment.

I think they are unreliable, incompetent and ineffective. They have no web site so it is impossible to track them down.
