Crevier BMW Complaint - I will never buy another BMW again

SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA -- To all considering a BMW, "DON'T" I have a 03 330 convertible with 62K miles, since 05 to present the car has been in for repairs at Crevier BMW O. C. 15 to 20 times! Repairs such as the convertible top hydraulics & motor (3) times, Harmon Kardon speakers (3) times, thermostat twice, water pump, differential plate, water leak through windows, glove box un-openable, and much much more.

I have all the paperwork to prove it! in fact one time I took it in because it was running rough so they replaced the water pump, thermostat, belts & some other parts because they said that was the problem, when I picked it up it was still running rough, the service tech. Says to run it a while for it to adjust, turns out the reason it was running rough was due to a bolt in the tire! once it was repaired the car ran smooth. all this and much more on an 03 330 conv. With only 62K miles, by the way I still can't open my glove box! They said it would cost approx. $ 400.00! I asked to speak to the owner but he has strictly prohibited his employees from bothering him with such nonsense.

P.S. I filed a formal complaint with BMW North America, they said they would investigate & contact me with their findings, that's been (3) years! I'm still waiting to hear from them!

Does California have a 'Lemon Law'? Also, 3 years is too long to wait for a response. Check to see if there is a state consumer assistance agency that can give you a new approach.
