BNY Mellon Investor Services Complaint - Stop the madness - Investor Services

I have stock that is serviced through BNY Mellon. Contacted customer service twice through email for info on a 1099B and never got a response. Called and talked to customer service twice and they were absolutely no help at all. All I wanted to know is whether I was getting a 1099B and if it was mailed. Everyone is foreign (I have had my fill of that) so they can barely be understood. I will be selling all the stock I have just so I don't ever have to deal with this company again.

Got my 1099B from Mellon yesterday in the mail.

Sharebuilder has notified their customers that their 1099's won't be available until at least February 16.

Isn't there a huge fine for that, Saj?
