Internetishop.com Complaint - Bad Company Gone Under - laptop

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I had bought a laptop from internetishop on the 28th of May 2004.
I had to send this item back to internetishop for repairs on the 20th of Aug. 2004. This product has been in there hands ever since then and I can not contact them to find out where it is or even if they still have it. All there phone numbers are disconnected and web site is down.I had contacted the BBB and the California Attorney General as of the 21st of September to make Complaints and begin an investigation about there practices. All I ask is that I get what belongs to me and that is my laptop. The consumer Affairs for california will be my next contact along with other resources to resolve this issue! Can you assist me to resolve this issue immediately. This issue will only get worse!

Everything that's said is true. This morning, I received a call from the Pomona Police Dept and the detective or officer there told me that the business has claimed bankruptcy. He told me that the place was empty and the fact that I'm all the way in Toronto does not help. I've also contacted the BBB but I haven't received a reply yet. Beware of this company which also goes under the name: Hugebee Group. They are very, very rude.
