United Airlines Complaint - Baggage Claim
On Jan 9, 2010 We arrived safely in Indianapolis from Grand Rapids but our 2 baggages were missing.
On Jan 10th we were told 1of our baggage is found and they were looking for the 2nd. After a month still we didnot receive the baggage yet. This is februaury and I would like to sue the airlines.
Every day they say the same answer and a sorry that our bag is not yet found. sometimes they said the bag was found and would be delivered. Nothing arrived.
we insisted on speaking with a supervisor at united. He said he wasn't at the airport but would ensure a supervisor from the airport called us back to let us know what happened and when we could expect delivery. No call and no bag.
It was the fourth time they said that our baggage is found they will call back in 30 minutes in 24hours and no call nothing.
we called again and again were told by a supervisor that he didn't know why were weren't called back or why we were told the bag was found because it was still missing. He said he would investigate and would call us back. No call and no bag and we called again. They said our bag were already sent and we should have it. We did not have bag, bag is still missing and
we called about the missing bag. We went to the airport and searched the room in Indianapolis. No bag.
I will never fly with them again anyway.
