Egeneralmedical.com Complaint - Charged for a product, haven't received it after nearly a month

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- I ordered a gallon of Chlorhexidine 4% on Jan.4th, 2010. The confirmation email from egeneralmedical.com said they would keep me posted on my order status etc. I was billed on my credit card that day for the item, but haven't received it and it's Feb. 2nd today. They never sent me any emails regarding the order, whether it was on back order etc. I have emailed them, with no response. NOBODY can be reached at ANY of the extensions. I have left messages on multiple lines. No response. It's as if they don't even exist, except to take your money and run.

If I lived closer, I'd be knocking on their door, if they really even have a door. I have shopped online for YEARS. This is a first for me. Seething doesn't even describe how I feel right now.

These people don't deserve to be in business.

Why not just head on over to Walgreen's and buy some mouthwash or some antiseptic salve? Is making your own really a cost saver?

Dispute the charges with your credit card company.
