MetroPCS.com Complaint - MetroPCS is the WORST!

DALLAS, TEXAS -- MetroPCS has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with; or tried to deal with for that matter!

I got a deal on the service; unlimited for about 39 bucks.
- contract was shady; wrote it up to benefit the dealer
- customer service is shady; no one knows what they are talking about, they keep you on hold forever, say they are going to fix it and to call back if it doesn't work. IT NEVER WORKS!!!
- Emails to executives - Roger Linquist CEO, Greg Presley and Thomas Keys go nowhere!

MetroPCS had to cut something in order to deliver a cheap program; unfortunately it was the CUSTOMER they chose to cut!

So - people its worth paying extra to deal with a professional company.

You ought to check Fuzion Mobile. They have a better offer with way better service along with many other benefits.
