Clear Wireless Internet Service Complaint - Clear Wireless Poor Customer Service

I checked the coverage map for Clear today and it shows my area completely in green meaning they have service here. When I put in my address it said that home service wasn't available. I decided that I would call them thinking that maybe the map system wasn't up to date or I had something wrong. A salesman named James answered and asked what I needed and I told him I wanted more information about their service and he asked for my address. I told him where I live and that I had looked at the map and wasn't sure it was correct. His reply was very impolite and unprofessional. He said "If you looked at the map then don't call here, I'm going to tell you the same thing." They will not be in business long with people like him answering the phones. I definitely will never buy their service nor recommend them to anyone.
