Bananahobby.com Complaint - Did not receive product/ took my money/won't refund it/ no one will answer the phone
My husband ordered the helicopter on November 11, 2009. they took the money from our account, and several weeks later sent us an email saying that the helicopter was not available. they asked if we would like to choose another product or have our money refunded. we replied that we would like to have our money refunded. we waited, and NOTHING! we have tried to call the number many times. Each time, except for once, the line was
BUSY! The one time we did get through, a recorder picked up with a prerecorded message. it did not allow you to LEAVE a message for the company. We sent another email asking for them to refund our money again. still NO RESPONSE!!! I am sending this info to everyone I know, and asking them to do the same thing. I also think I will start something on Facebook, too. I am also going to send emails to various magazines to let them and their readers know what a fraud bananahobby is. there is no excuse for this!!!!!
