GUYSVILLE, OHIO -- Several people have complained about not receiving merchandise ordered from daisyfieldsupply.com. I ordered eight RFA-67 PetSafe batteries for a dog collar on January 11, 2010. I charged the $27.75 to my Chase Visa card and the charge posted on January 12. I received an e-mail confirmation and a commitment to ship within 5-7 days. I e-mailed and called the company after not receiving the product by January 24. No response to e-mail and phone mailbox was full and not taking any messages. I called Chase Customer Service to see what they could do for me and through their disputes department they credited my account the $27.75 because all my on-line purchases are covered if I don't receive the merchandise and the store doesn't respond to my attempts to communicate. Thank-you Chase!! My sympathy to those that have lost more money than me to this company. My recommendation is to try contacting your credit card company - they might be willing to help. Sorry daisyfieldsupply.com! You aren't getting any more of my business - and hopefully no one else's either!
