CBS - Price Is Right Show Compliment - Complimenting Price Is Right Show On CBS

Review by Bigredbettyboop on 2010-02-03
HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I wish to take this opportunity to commend and compliment the new PRICE IS RIGHT SHOW with Drew Carey as Host. Drew has brought personality and personaliztion to the show... much less his delectable sense of humor. He has really 'humanized' the show by focusing on giving names to all the models and Rich Fields. Also, he makes it a point to personalize all the contestants names as well. Drew is an unselfish, loving and very kind person who exhibits these fine qualities in the way he hosts the show.

I am really enjoying it more than ever after 55 years of viewing.

Thank You, Betty Martin, Chuluota, Florida

ZZ, as a stay at home internet reviewer already told you from his trailer on this subject- "I don't think you're their target demo, good friend."

*LOL* I remember that bit of wisdom and it does have some validity.
I guess when I reach the "FIFTY FIFTH YEAR OF VIEWING" I will appreciate the show as well.
I had no clue the game had been around so long (1956).

That's all fine and dandy, Peps but he just doesn't "tickle my fancy".
Surely there is a better fit out there somewhere.
MG, he is from Cleveland and that alone should cancel out the Veteran Points!

What do you win?

I won $55,000 last weekend, including a trip to Paris and a boat. I think the check gets mailed from somewhere. Prizes are probably delivered later.

The original "The Price Is Right" starred Bill Cullen and ran from 1956 to 1964, on NBC and ABC. "TPIR" was brought back in 1972 with Bob Barker as its longtime host, with Dennis James doing a syndicated evening version from about 1972 to 1974. After Bob Barker retired, Drew Carey took over. Except for an 8-year absence, "The Price Is Right" did run in a 55-year period.
