Burger King Complaint - Fire the entire crew
IOWA, LOUISIANA -- Having seen a lengthy line in their drive thru that had been static for some time, I entered the store in the hope of getting faster service. After about a minute when the customers were exposed to a raging debate between the entire staff who seemed oblivious to the line of customers, including at least two who had been waiting for some time to receive their orders, I was finally approached by a sullen woman whose only use of the English language was "yes?". The entire transaction was conducted with little or no eye contact.
I watched in horror as the woman in the prep area put together burgers with her bare hands - certainly breaking health codes - and eventually after several minutes wait (while they tried to clear the backlog in the drive thru)they began to actually fill orders for the customers at the counter. The woman of course was wiping her hands on her rumpled clothing and wiping her face and hair with the same unprotected hands used to make everyone's food.
To cap it all off, when I did receive my order, the burgers were stone cold and the fries barely tepid. I noticed another review of this location from a customer in this location just 3 days later. It confirms that the crew in this store is completely out of control and providing miserable customer service. Whoever owns this franchise MUST fire the lot or watch his investment fail...
