Auto Europe Complaint - Wicked Mad in New England
We had confirmation for our car but when we arrived from a long flight we discovered that the office wasn't open. As a result we had to rent another car from Hertz (which was great) but pay out of pocket (which I'm still waiting to be reimbursed). Not only that but I had called ahead to extend our reservation and the guy I spoke to never recorded our conversation. So when I sought reimbursement they only did it for what they had on file. Whatever happened to the customer being right?!?! They've lost my business!
