EFaucets Complaint - They make mistake-customer pays return shipping- Don't Use these bozos
Bought 3 toilet seats. Gave them correct product code-Phone person adds a 1 before the code, which is a slightly different toilet seat. Also, says off white color costs $3 more. When I get the order, not opening the packaging, I see that they are the wrong ones. I call and order the right ones. Am told that I was overcharged for the wrong ones. They say they will waive the re-stocking fee but that I have to pay for shipping. Considerting that it was their mistake, I explain that it is unfair to make me pay. They say since I do not know the name of the telephone sales lady and I did not notice the extra one added to the product code, I have to pay for return shipping. Their computer system cannot tell them who the sales lady was but I am supposed to keep track of who I talk to and notice the one-digit addition.
I will not use them again. Poor poor customer servie.
