AirTran Airways Complaint - Terrible customer service
Have booked online but need to talk to a customer service agent about changing the flight due to an impending storm. Everytime I try to get through (since yesterday) have been on hold for about 45 minutes accompanied by an annoying: we will get to your call shortly (just music would be better) Had to give up several times as I have a job and a life and things to do. One time I was told due to technical problems no calls could go through at all. I tried to change my flight on line but there was a message that because I had booked through "another agency" I had to call..but I had booked on the AIRTRAN website. I have still yet to get through. This experience has made me NEVER want to fly AIRTRAN again.
