Sprint PCS Complaint - Nickel and Dimeing
I have had my Sprint account for over 10 years, I pay my bill on time xxx xxx. xxxx Last month I receive a letter from Sprint informing me that if I don't adhere to their request of setting up auto bill payment that I will be charged an extr 4.95 per month because the majority of the customers are under this umbrella type account they don't pay their bills. Well I do, so what right does Sprint have to group me with these individuals and force me to submit to 1. my credit card information, 2. auto pay, I need to know what rights you have, and if I don't submit you rise my bill. My principle is you don't have that right I pay my bill. Times are hard for everyone out there. If Sprint don't re-think this crazy scheme I will also as a Sprint customer will be looking for phone service where, as a matter of fact I have a blackberry that the company pays for, I can use this as my primary number with no issues. This is how much Sprint cares about it customers, especially the ones that have had years of dedicated service with. There are other carriers out there, I am not giving any information to you. I think what is being done is wrong.
