Linder's Furniture Complaint - Hidden Policy/Rude Customer Service
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA -- I bought this recliner after smooth talking to the salesman Duc. I also bought a third-party cleaning service for 5yr warranty at $75.00. 30days after picking up the recliner, I'm not happy with the feeling rocking it - it's not as smooth as in the store at all. I called customer service but was told I could not exchange or return it. The salesman never mentioned Linder's furniture only has 3days return time after purchase. I was totally shocked. Even I could not exchange a different item in the same store! The customer service female was rude, cold, unhelpful. Hope these people go online to check customers' review so they get an idea of what their service level is. This would be my first and last deal with Linder's furniture. I'd rather go Costco for furniture, at least get a responsible customer service. My 2cents: Do not buy from Linder's furniture ever!
