Norton 360 Complaint - DO NOT BUY NORTON Anti-Virus...Unless you want to wait on hold for 2 hours and then be hung up on!

I made 3 calls in 2 days. Each time I was given the wrong number and was told to call another number. The first call was on 2/3 and the women who picked up answered from the Philippines. Although the wait was 45min, she addressed the issue to my satisfaction. I called the next day and after a 50 min wait, I was told I had to call another number. I called that number and waited from 6:31pm to 8:47pm. I had reached a service representative in India. The young man who answered was rude and impatient and when I asked for his name he said it was "Victor" and when I asked him to spell it, he hung up the phone at 8:47pm!

My 2010 Norton anti-virus was a replacement for the 2009 version. The product works but I will never again buy it because the service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!...and I don’t see how Norton can remain in business with such abysmal treatment of customers.

I don't get it either. He was on hold for 45 minutes and was satisfied with the help. Then why call back the next day? And if the software is pleasing and works why dump it because of the phone system? Don't sweat the small stuff. Most problems with software can be fixed by googling the problem. Saving you time and aggravation of having to deal with India and the Philippines.
