Norton 360 Complaint - DO NOT BUY NORTON Anti-Virus...Unless you want to wait on hold for 2 hours and then be hung up on!
I made 3 calls in 2 days. Each time I was given the wrong number and was told to call another number. The first call was on 2/3 and the women who picked up answered from the Philippines. Although the wait was 45min, she addressed the issue to my satisfaction. I called the next day and after a 50 min wait, I was told I had to call another number. I called that number and waited from 6:31pm to 8:47pm. I had reached a service representative in India. The young man who answered was rude and impatient and when I asked for his name he said it was "Victor" and when I asked him to spell it, he hung up the phone at 8:47pm!
My 2010 Norton anti-virus was a replacement for the 2009 version. The product works but I will never again buy it because the service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!...and I don’t see how Norton can remain in business with such abysmal treatment of customers.
