Continental Airlines Complaint - Who is Alex?
Who is Alex? What is Alex? Does Alex actually serve a purpose? Alex is another attempt by Continental to reduce employees, reduce customer service and reduce customer satisfaction as they increase profits while complaining they barely make enough to survive. Now has anyone actually found Alex to be helpful? Most of the time Alex responds very politely that "she" does not understand the question then pops up the Continental menu making the customer who is paying hundreds to thousands of dollars to try to figure out where to go for help. Then ultimately result to calling in to the "help" telephone number where the "help" people hang up, are apparently too distracted with other activities to pay attention to the question, or do not care. Based on Continental's very positive customer approach to customer service has encouraged me to look and buy tickets on other airlines. Let's just say Southwest has become one of my favorite airlines. At least they don't hide the fact they are a lean running airline behind "Alex" gimmicks and others that are supposed to make the consumer they are receiving more for their money. Besides, have you eaten one of those warmed up bread, cheese and some undefinable meat sandwiches? The smell alone makes me nautious. However came up with THAT idea probably got a raise while the people eating it or declining it is subjected to an undefinable eating experience. At least I am too polite to define it.
