Best Buy Complaint - Treatment of customers
MCKINNEY, TEXAS -- The store should be closed they treat their customers badly. We took a friend to have her computer fixed again (had repaired 2 weeks before) I took her there, she did not have her sale slip they told her to go to customer service and have them pull up the date she had last had it there. She did the lady looked it up and informed her she never had it repaired there and was not a customer there. I took her my self to this store and they were to fixed a few things they gave it back to her and the 1 week it fell apart again. She needs the earphone part for she is hard of hearing, she went back over where the geek people where told them what the lady said and they told her they were sorry. She was confused and if they have proof in the computer then she needed to take the computer back where she had it fixed. It was there store and they need to get it fixed it was about 150 to do it the first time and was done wrong, I saw 2 pages of complaints on Best Buys what is wrong with the owners of a company that treats people like this. My friend is 83 years young and has more of a level head then the owners of this company.
