Appliance Service Pro Complaint - I'm Sick Of - Stove

I'm sick of the crappy customer service. All I wanted is written on the receipt that they couldn't fix it but they wouldn't do it unless I paid $50.00. This is already after I paid the estimate fee. What ever happened to customer service these days.

It seems as they wanted the tech to put in writing that the stove couldn't be repaired so it would be replaced but he wanted an extra 50 bucks to do it.
I'd be mad too. (VH)
