At Home Corporation Complaint - Att Uverse Rewards - Uverse

I am so over AT&T Uverse Rewards. I have six sisters and we are in our late 50s and early 60s. My sister Valerie, My sister Kathy have all gotten tangled up in this referral fiasco. My sister Valerie has been waiting since Oct 2009 for her referral and I called customer a few days ago, I was told that our referrals were not timely which is nuts. We made the referrals to their CSR Department along with our account numbers but they are still not paying up. I find it interesting that AT&T Uverse was timely in cashing our checks. There is no way we will refer our other thee sisters and we are all switching our service to another provider.

Don't waste your time with these people. There is no respect or honesty among them. They are just greedy and dishonest.

That's the FAQ section on the uverse rewards program. There's a certain way they do things... maybe there was a step skipped.
