Nautilus/Mobia Compliment - Great Customer Service
Recently purchased the Mobia exercise machine. Third day of use it stopped and an error code popped up on the display. Had to wait until the next day to call as it was past their hours for technical service.
Evidently I was walking faster than the speed I had set and the machine shut down as a precaution. The tech guy's answer was for me to set my speed faster.
I happened to mention that I noticed that they were now offering free shipping--My freight charge was $199.99. I asked him, since I purchased it just one week earlier, if there was anything they could do. He put me on on hold while he checked with his supervisor. He came back and said they could credit me the the cost of the freight. That was really nice of them to do as they were not obligated in any way to do so.
