Zama Enterprises Corp. Complaint - Dishonest Company Officials

Review by littleman on 2010-02-05
121 S.W. 168 TERRACE, HOLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- Since November 11, 2008 Zama Enterprises Corp. received and cashed a draft/check in the amount of $6,398.00 as payment from [snip], Mount Wilton, St. Thomas, Barbados for one Sugar Cane Stripper under Zama's invoice number 7789 dated 09/03/08 but to date, have not released or contacted [snip] regarding this equipment or return of his check even in spite of many calls and being advised that someone will return his numerous calls. These funds were borrowed from a local bank and he is committed to repaying this loan while the owners of Zama Enterprises Corp. seem to believe that this scam will go unnoticed because he is from a third-world country. Zama's last know address is 9100 S. Dadeland Blvd. Ste. 1500, Miami, FL 33156, Tel: 305-433-3170, Fax 305-397-1323. As of the date of this text Zama is listed on a website as a supplier of this and other equipment. We are currently preparing a legal document to submit to the U.S. Embassy's Trade Division to determine whether Zama's officials can be brought to justice. WE WOULD LIKE ALL TO KNOW OF THIS SACM AND DISHONESTY ON THE PART OF ZAMA ENTERPRISES CORP and we will seek to have our funds returned. Furthermore we are soliciting you support and advice on this matter so that this poor man can have closure on this matter which is bringing hardship to his financial stability.

Andres Cannella, owner ordered a $7,000 machine from us. He supported the order with a legally signed personal payment guaranty. After the machine was rushed through manufacturing and shipped via airfreight to his customer, Andres Cannela refused to honor his obligation to pay. We took him to court and the judge sent the case to arbitration where Andres Cannella signed an arbitration agreement to make monthly payments. He stopped after just a few payments. The court granted a judgement against him. We are considering filling a lien on his personal property. I recommend to NOT do business with this company or this person.
