Smithfield/Milans's Italian Grille Complaint - No More Milano's Italian Grille!! Rip-Off

Review by pal910 on 2010-02-06
MORTON, ILLINOIS -- When rushed I usually get Stouffers Lasagnna, but, wanted to try Milano's.
The package indicated that it is large enough for two people, then when you open the package, the box has a SMALLER BOX INSIDE. WHAT A RIP-OFF! I will never buy their product again. In the past I have had no complaints with Smithfield products (foods).. No More! Plus the lasagna is terrible. How is it that they get away with selling this??

According to walmart.com, the item in question is 20 ounces.

And Stouffers is 21 ounces.

Are you really fussing over an OUNCE?!

Stick with Stouffer's or On-Cor. Walmart's store brand lasagna (from the deli dept.) is also excellent.

If you're concerned about the size of a product, always check the weight because packaging can be very deceptive especially with all the downsizing going on now.

As far as the quality, you won't know until you try it. Everyone's tastes are different. For instance, I don't like Stouffers lasagna even though a lot of people do.
