Hartford Financial Services Complaint - The Hartford are liars - Auto Insurance
Auto Insurance - Complaint
I was in a car accidant on July 3, 2008. I just had straight liability coverage. The lady that hit me was covered by the Hartford. She lied to the police and her insurance company. 2 days later when an agent from Hartford finally called me, he made all kinds of promises to me, and they will find out what really happeneded. They never did anything they promised to do, they just kept stringing me along. I finally had to sue her in small claims court. She also gave the police a fake address. I happeneded to get her correct address off her registration form. The jerks at Hartford, just kept giving me the run around. They just stood by their client who was lying, and didn't care at all about the truth.
I just hope, if anyone gets hit by someone who has car insurance with the worthless Hartford Car Insurance get treeted better than me, they will try to squirm out of it and make all kinds of promises.
