National Tire and battery Informative - DISHONEST - AUTO REPAIRS

Review by bruins on 2010-02-07
PLYMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS -- I worked for national Tire and battery but had to quit when I noticed how they were ripping off customers. When someone comes in for an alignment and the alignment is perfect they will make the alignment out so the are able to charge the customer for the alignment. If they tell you they will do a alingment check and advise for free just say no. They will sell flushes when the flush is not needed becasue the profit is about 90% per flush. The district manager Al Wing tells his manager do what ever it takes to get the sale even if that means ripping off the customer. This is a very dishonest company and please don't go there and be a victim.

If they are truly tampering with the vehicles, you should contact your general attorneys office, to have this matter looked into.
